Compare the listed dimensions with your seated or reclining use. Extra width can improve coverage, while a smaller throw is easier to move and store.

For sofa styling

Decide whether the blanket will be folded, placed over an arm or draped across the seat. Pattern scale changes when much of the fabric is folded.
