Let one graphic lead
Pair a detailed print with quiet trousers, denim or a simple skirt. If other pieces also carry graphics, keep their scale or color restrained.
Use proportion deliberately
A relaxed tee works with a cleaner lower silhouette or a deliberate wide-on-wide shape. A cropped tee pairs naturally with higher rises and short outer layers.
Finish with one useful layer
Denim, a soft shell or a varsity jacket changes the mood without hiding the whole design. Choose an open front when you want the graphic to remain visible.
