Find the chart's start point
Many garment charts measure from the high shoulder near the collar down to the bottom hem. Others use the back neck. Follow the supplied diagram so your reference measurement matches.
Consider the silhouette
A regular tee usually aims for familiar coverage. A cropped tee ends higher, while an oversized design may be longer or may combine extra width with a controlled length.
Check the outfit interaction
Think about the rise of the trousers or skirt and whether you plan to tuck the tee. A measurement that works untucked may create more fabric than you want when tucked.
Compare at home
Measure a tee whose hem position you like, using the same start and end points. Then compare the live product chart and gallery before selecting a variant.
Common questions
Where is T-shirt length measured from?
Often from the high shoulder point to the hem, but charts vary. Use the product's diagram.
Does a wider tee look shorter?
It can appear shorter because of its proportions even when the vertical measurement is unchanged.
Will sizing up add length?
Usually it adds some length as well as width, but the amount is product-specific.
