Prepare before washing
Turn the shirt inside out, close nearby zippers and separate rough items. Treat stains gently instead of scrubbing directly across the print.
Use a lower-stress cycle
Choose cool or moderate water and a gentle cycle when the label permits. Avoid overloading the drum, which increases rubbing and reduces rinsing.
Dry with heat in mind
Air drying limits heat exposure. If machine drying is permitted, use the recommended setting and remove the shirt promptly to reduce creasing.
